Final Camera-ready paper guidelines

Authors of all the accepted papers must submit the final manuscripts electronically. Please revise the paper strictly in accordance with the referee comments you have received through email. Publication chairs will go through all the final camera ready papers before finalizing the proceedings.

Length:Camera ready papers may be up to 10 (Ten) pages. In addition to this, extra 2 pages can be added by paying the extra paper charges. All papers should be more than 8 pages.

Final Manuscripts are to be submitted by following the steps below:

1. Create your manuscript as specified in the template provided. The title, author names, affiliations etc. should strictly follow the format. Please dont use author titles (Dr. Prof. etc. ) in front of names and also avoid using positions (Professor, Lecturer, Scholar etc.). The title shall be in Normal fonts (not capitals).

2. Proofread and check layout of paper. Please make sure that the similarity score is less than 15%for your paper.This is very important.Papers with more than 15% contents may be rejected by the publisher.

3. After completion of the above steps, please submit your final camera ready paper (PDF), source files (MS word or TeX), along with the. copyright form  as a ZIP file using the Conference CMT system.

2. Copyright form (Consent to Publish form): Please select and download one of the appropriate copyright form given below (as per your Paper ID and email received from CMT)

The Consent-to-Publish form has to be signed at least by the corresponding author. Springer requires an original signature and we only need a PDF file of the completed form. Please note that authors should obtain permissions from the previous publisher for any material they want to reuse. The e-mail addresses provided in the camera ready paper will be used by SpringerNature to provide authors with a personal "MySpringer" account where they can download a free copy of the eBook (proceedings).

1. Title of the paper and the complete list of authors (full names) in the Same order and name format as listed in the paper. Please ensure this otherwise Springer will reject the copyright form.

2. Name of the corresponding author

Only the corresponding author needs to sign on behalf of all authors. Please place your actual signature, mention the date and your full name as listed in the paper. Please mention your address and email (same as your affiliation listed in the paper).

Please ensure that all fields are complete (without any errors!) and then convert to a single file (PDF format) (pages 1-5).
