Short Biography |
Krzysztof Kalinowski received his MSc degree and PhD degree in Mechanical Engineering from the Silesian University of Technology in 1998 and 2002, respectively. His PhD dissertation dealt with production flow control and scheduling. He is currently assistant professor in Institute of Engineering Processes Automation and Integrated Manufacturing Systems in the Faculty of Mechanical Engineering of the Silesian University of Technology. Krzysztof Kalinowski is appointed as reviewer in many international journals and conference papers. His research interests is focused scheduling and rescheduling in discrete manufactirung systems, production planning and control, production organisation, application of artificial intelligence in mechanical engineering and production management and also rapid prototyping, rapid tooling and reverse engineering. |
