| MORTEZA MAHMOUDZADEH was born in Tabriz, Iran and went to the Polytechnic University of Tehran, where he studied software engineering and obtained his B.Sc degree in 2000. After that he continued his studies in system science in Science and Research Branch of Islamic Azad University of Tehran and now he is Phd student of system science and lecturer in Science and Research Branch of Islamic Azad University of Tabriz .
