Short Biography
Ashok Kumar Das is currently working as an Assistant Professor in the Center for Security, Theory and Algorithmic Research of the International Institute of Information Technology (IIIT), Hyderabad 500 032, India. He received his Ph.D. degree in Computer Science and Engineering from the Indian Institute of Technology, Kharagpur, India on April 2009. He received his M.Tech. degree in Computer Science and Data Processing from the Indian Institute of Technology, Kharagpur, India on January 2000. He also received his M.Sc. degree in Mathematics from the Indian Institute of Technology, Kharagpur, India, in 1998. Prior to joining in Ph.D., he worked with C-DoT (Centre for Development of Telematics), a premier telecom technology centre of Govt. of India at New Delhi, India from March 2000 to January 2004. His research interests include cryptography, wireless sensor network security, proxy ring signature, remote user authentication and hierarchical access control. He has published 29 papers in international journals and conferences in those areas.
