Dr. Chandrashekhar Meshram received the M.Sc and M.Phil degrees, from Pandit Ravishankar Shukla University, Raipur (C.G.) in 2007 and 2008 respectively and PhD from R.T.M. Nagpur University, Nagpur (M.S.) India.  Currently, he is working as Postdoctoral Fellow under Dr. D. S. Kothar Postdoctoral Fellowship, UGC New Delhi.   He is doing his research in the field of public key Cryptography and its Application, Public key cryptography, ID-Based Public key Cryptography, ID-Based Group Oriented Cryptosystem, ElGamal Signature,Digital Signature , Digital Multi Signature,ID-Based ElGamal Signature,ID-Based Digital Signature, Cutting Stock Problem, Group Oriented Signature Scheme, Proxy Multi Signature, Wireless Communication,Network Security, Lattice-based Public-key Cryptosystem,Blind Signature Scheme, Threshold Signature Scheme, Threshold Proxy Signature Scheme, Threshold Group Signature Scheme, Group Digital Signature Technique, McEliece Public key Cryptosystem , Time Series Analysis & Climate Change and Boundary Value Problem .
