| Doc. Ing. Michal Kr′?zek Ph.d. received the Ph.D. degree in computer science from Technical University of Ostrava, Czech Republic, in 2004.
Currently he is an associate professor at Department of Computer Science, Faculty of Electrical Engineering and Computer Science, Technical University of Ostrava. Michal has published more than 50 papers on data structures and XML indexing. He has recently served as a member of program committees of a number of international conferences, e.g. CISIM 2008 (proceedings are published by IEEE CS), AMS 2008 (IEEE CS), DaESCO 2008 (IEEE CS), DEXA 2007 a 2008 (LNCS, Springer Verlag), BIRD 2008 (LNBI, Springer Verlag). He has served as a reviewer of journals with impact factor, e.g.
Information Systems (Elsevier Science), Computing and Informatics. He has been a managing editor of International Journal of Grid and Utility Computing (IJGUC), Inderscience Publishers. |
