| Short Biography |
| Bernard has a strong research interest in fuzzy set theory complemented by machine learning activities, in particular with applications in the applied biological sciences. Currently, he is a full professor at Ghent University with a team of 30 researchers. He is also the Editor-in-chief of Fuzzy Sets and Systems, the premier fuzzy journal, Published by Elsevier Science, The Netherlands. |
