Sanda Dragoş received the BSc and MSc degrees in 1999 and 2000 from “Babes-Bolyai” University, Romania, respectively and the Ph.D. degree in 2006 from Dublin City University, Ireland. 

 She is currently working as a lecturer in the Department of Computer Science at “Babeş-Bolyai” University, Cluj-Napoca, Romania. During PhD, her research interests included computer networks and protocols, hierarchical QoS routing, Multiprotocol Label Switching (MPLS) and mobile agents. Now, her research interest include e-learning, learning management systems, web analytics, data mining and semantic web.
