Amin was born in Mazandaran, Iran, in 1984 and received his B.Sc. and M.Sc. degrees in Electronic Engineering respectively in 2006 and 2009 at University of Mazandaran, Iran. He is currently a PhD student in Communications Engineering at University of Tarbiat Modares. He also works as one of the owners and the electronics specialist at R&D Center of Teta Electronics Private Company, Iran. 

Amin also won two noteworthy PhD scholarship positions in France and Italy, respectively in 2010 and 2011.

His field of interest mainly lies in Signal and Image Processing as well as Speech Enhancement, Artificial Intelligence and Hearing-Aid Devices. He has also done many useful studies on Biomedical Image Segmentation and ECG/EEG Signal Processing applications, where his research in these fields ended up in several papers, four national patents and one book chapter.
