Hugo Jair escalante is Associate Researcher at the Department of Computational Sciences of the National Institute of Astrophysics, Optics and Electronics, previously he was assistant professor at the Graduate Program in Systems Engineering (PISIS) in Universidad Autónoma de Nuevo León. Dr. Escalante received the B. S. degree from the Universidad Autónoma de Puebla in 2004 and the Ph.D. and M. S. degrees from INAOE in 2010 and 2006, respectively.  Hugo Escalante is candidate researcher of the Sistema Nacional de Investigadores (SNI ) for the period 2011-2013.
