Trilochan Panigrahi obtained his first class M.Tech degree in Electronics and Communication engineering from Biju Patnaik University of Technology, Odisha, India in 2003. He is currently pursuing his PhD degree in the area of Distributed Signal Processing in Wireless Sensor Network in the Department of Electronics and Communication Engineering, National Institute of Technology Rourkela, India in collaboration with the University of Edinburgh, UK. He has a total teaching experience of three years at National Institute of Science and Technology, Berhampur, India.

He has published 24 research papers in various national and international journals and conferences in the area of signal processing and wireless sensor network.

Mr. Panigrahi has visited three times to The University of Edinburgh, UK for the collaboration research work.  His area of specialization is signal processing and wireless sensor network.
