Short Biography
Cosimo Birtolo received the master’s degree in Electronic Engineering in March 2006 at Politecnico di Bari, Italy and the PhD degree in IT Engineering at University of Sannio in July 2012.Since 2007, he has been working at Poste Italiane in Chief Information Office. Moreover, he has been participating as Member at UPU Standards Board activities for the development of worldwide technical and communications standards. Topics of interest are related to the area of Information Technology, Human-Computer Interaction, Health and e-Commerce. He matured research interests on Computational and Intelligent systems.
