Rosa Basagoiti obtained her PhD in 2007, in the last 4 years; she has participated in more than 12 projects, leading 2 of them. These projects have been funded by the Basque Government, the industry and tourism ministry and the education ministry. She has also participated in European projects and has a strong relationship with enterprises around the area. Her thesis topic was Temporal Data Mining. This knowledge has been applied to industrial applications, educational projects and medical environments.
