Short Biography |
Currently, I am
teaching design and manufacturing engineering courses for undergraduate and
graduate students at University of Wisconsin-Stout. I have taught senior level classes such as Design of Tooling, Jigs & Fixtures (MFGE-441), Manufacturing Systems Simulation & Design (MFGE-440), and Manufacturing Process engineering (MFGE-351) and two graduate level on-line classes (MFGE-640 & 771) and advised a MS degree research project (MFGE-735). I am well versed in D2L (Blackboard) and posted my own course videos for “on-line” classes using Blackboard collaborate. I have many publications to my credit on Simulation, Robotics Failures and Automotive automated systems improvements. I am actively involved in SAE student chapter activities. I have a Doctoral Degree in Manufacturing Systems in Mechanical Engineering Department from Lawrence Technological University, Southfield, Michigan. I have about 25 years of Industrial Experience in Engineering, Design, Manufacturing, Quality and Program Management. I have vast industrial experience in automated manufacturing processes having worked for Chrysler for about 14 years. I have excellent knowledge in man-machine integration. I have developed welding cell layouts for robotic welding processes. I am knowledgeable in machine vision and robotic safety systems. I have managed project worth millions of dollars. I am keenly interested in student research and development projects.
