Short Biography |
Ravi Sankar Veerubhotla is a Research Scientist at Infosys, Hyderabad since 2010. Prior to that he was a Principal consultant (Security Practice) in a multi-national company. Ravi holds a PhD degree in Information Security from University of Hyderabad, India. He also obtained his MSc Electronics (1998) and MPhil Computational Physics (2000) Degrees from the same university. He is also a certified CISSP, CISA and PMP professional. Ravi has practical expertise in in Public Key Infrastructure, Encryption Technologies, 2-Factor Authentication, DRM and Java Security with major focus in Banking Financial and Insurance sectors. In past, he also played a key role in implementing a nation level PKI and worked in projects sponsored by Government of India. To his credit he has several research papers in many International conferences and in a Journal. His primary research interests include Digital Rights Management, Digital Fingerprinting, Authentication Technologies and Public key cryptography. |
