| Hameed AlQaheri is Associate Professor of Information Systems and Chairperson, of the Department of Quantitative Methods and Information Systems, College of Business Administration, Kuwait University. He has a PhD in Information Sciences from the University of Pittsburgh. He has over 25 years industry and academic experience. He lead several ICT-based business solutions for Government Agencies in Kuwait in the area of Business Process Reengineering and Management, Workflow and Document Management Systems, ERP Systems, Management Support System and Business Intelligence and eGovernment, His research interests span several areas including Intelligent Text-Based System and Decision Support Systems, Intelligent Business Optimization and Intelligent Digital Enterprise, Intelligent Social Networks, Web Intelligent and Web Mining, Arabic Text Processing (Information Retrieval, Categorization, Summarization) and Text Analytics, Spam Management and Filtering, Data Hiding. |
