Short Biography
Akhter Mohiuddin Rather obtained his Master of Computer Applications from the University of Hyderabad, in 2006. Currently, He is pursuing PhD in Computer Science at the Department of Computer and Information Sciences, University of Hyderabad. His research interests include soft computing techniques in finance, especially in the area of portfolio management, optimization techniques and financial risk management. He is also a Research Fellow at Institute for Development and Research in Banking Technology, Hyderabad (established by Reserve Bank of India.).
