Tan, Tse
Guan was born in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia, on February 10, 1982. He
received the bachelor of computer science (software engineering) and
master degree in artificial intelligence from Universiti Malaysia Sabah,
Malaysia, in 2006 and 2008. He is working toward the PhD degree in
artificial intelligence at the Universiti Malaysia Sabah, Malaysia.
