presently attached to Kotelawala Defence University, Sri Lanka, as the Deputy Vice Chancellor-Academic. Five faculties comes under this position. They are: Faculty of Engineering, Faculty of Medicine, Faculty of Law, Faculty of Management and Social Sciences, and Faculty of Defence Studies.
Has obtained PhD in Mechatronics Engineering from the University of Melbourne, Australia. Also obtained MEng from NTU, Singapore, and MSc from National University of Singapore. First degree is from the University of Moratuwa, Sri Lanka in Computer Science and Engineering.
