Short Biography
Mohamed Mostafa A. Azim

He received the B.Sc. degree in electrical engineering from Cairo University,  Egypt  in  1994,  the  M.Sc.  degree  jointly from  the  Fontys  University  and  Technical  University Eindhoven, Netherlands, in 1997, and the Ph.D. degree  in computer sciences from  Tohoku University,  Japan,  in  2006.  He  is  the  professor of  electronics  technology,  Beni-suef  University, Egypt.  In  2008,  he  joined  the  college  of  computer  science  and  engineering  at  Taibah  University, KSA. On 2012, he became the chair of networks and communications systems department. He is the author of several research papers published in the most reputable journals and conferences. He is the author of the book titled “Optical Networks: A Restoration Perspective with Active.” He is also the editor of the book titled "Wireless Sensor Multimedia Networks: Architectures, Protocols and Applications" published by CRC Press USA. He is a member of the editorial boards of the International Journal of Sensor and Related  Networks  and  International  Journal  of  Communication  Networks and Information Security. He is a senior IEEE member. He is also the chairof the membership development committee of IEEE in western KSA of R8.
