Chen Yunfang was born in 1976, Zhenjiang, Jiangsu Province, Nanjing University of Posts and Telecommunications, Associate Professor, Master Instructor.

graduated from Nanjing University of Posts and Telecommunications, Computer Software and Theory, and obtained a Master of Science at March 2002; graduated from Soochow University in June 2008 and received his Ph.D. degree.

As the primary technical backbone to participate nearly 10 research projects, such as the subject of the National Natural Science Foundation, the National 863 projects in the continuous research projects a wealth of scientific research and the valuable scientific research experience.
