Short Biography
I am currently working as Associate Professor at the Department of Information Technology at St. Thomas’ College of Engineering & Technology, Kolkata, India. I have earned my Ph.D degree in Engineering from Jadavpur University in 2014. I have obtained my M.Tech degree in Software Engineering & B.Tech degree in Information Technology from Maulana Abul Kalam Azad University of Technology, West Bengal (Formerly known as West Bengal University of Technology) in 2008 and 2006 respectively.

I have teaching experience of more than 13 years. I have organized some special sessions in different International Conferences and has chaired many technical sessions in loads of International Conferences. I am also reviewer of several renowned international journal and conference papers. I am also associated with numerous international conferences as member of technical program committee. Besides, I am the life time member of The Indian Society for Technical Education (ISTE).

My research interest is in the area of Machine Learning, Pattern Recognition. I have some refereed publications in international journal papers, international conference papers and international book chapters.
