| Short Biography |
Mr. Prateek Thakral is currently working as Assistant Professor (Grade-II) in Department of Computer Science & Engineering/Information Technology, Jaypee University of Information Technology, Waknaghat Solan. He has done B.Tech in Information Technology and M.Tech in Computer Engineering from Kurukshetra University Kurukshetra (NAAC A+ Accredited) in year 2010 and 2013 respectively. Before joining JUIT, he worked as Assistant Professor (on contract) in National Institute of Technology Kurukshetra for 4 years. He is having around 6 years of teaching experience in total. He has supervised 12 PG Dissertations. He has published around 10 research papers in various reputed journals & international conferences. He has attended numerous faculty development training programs and workshop related to his research domain. His interests include Machine Learning, IoT, Graph Theory, Discrete Mathematics, Data Structures, Operating System and Network Security. He has qualified GATE 2016 Exam. Also he cracked UGC NET Exam twice in November 2017 and July 2018. |
