Short Biography

Anamika Yadav received the B.E. degree in electrical engineering from RGPV, Bhopal in 2002, the M.Tech. degree in integrated power system from V.N.I.T., Nagpur, India, in 2006, and the Ph.D. degree from CSVTU, Bhilai, India with National Institute of Technology, Raipur as research centre,  in 2010. She was an Assistant Engineer with Chhattisgarh State Electricity Board, Raipur, from 2004 to 2009. She has been an Assistant Professor with the Department of Electrical Engineering at National Institute of Technology, Raipur, from 2009-2018. Presently she is serving as Associate professor in the Department of Electrical Engineering and also holding the charge of Associate Dean (Research and consultancy) at National Institute of Technology, Raipur. Her research interests include the application of soft computing techniques to power system protection, FACTS, and smart grid. Prof. Yadav received the Institution of Engineers India (IEI) Young Engineers Award from the Electrical Engineering Division for 2015–2016. She is senior member of IEEE since 2014.
