Mr.Vadivel Sengazhani Murugesan is a Research Scholar, School of Management in National Institute of Technology Karnataka. He received his Master of Science (by research) in Operations Management from Indian Institute of Technology, Madras (IIT-M) and Master of Engineering in Manufacturing Engineering in Government of Technology, Coimbatore, India. He also attained bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering from College of Engineering, Anna University, Chennai, India. He has over 6 years industrial experience in manufacturing industries and 2.5 years of teaching experience. His research interests include Operations and Production Management, Lean Service and Sustainability, Workplace Ergonomics, Supply Chain Management, Facility planning and design and MCDM methods.
