Short Biography
Prajoy Podder is currently a researcher at the Institute of Information and Communication Technology, Bangladesh University of Engineering and Technology. He worked as a lecturer in the department of Electrical and Electronic Engineering, Ranada Prasad Shaha University, Narayanganj, Bangladesh.

Prajoy Podder received the B.Sc. (Engg.) degree in Electronics and Communication Engineering from Khulna University of Engineering and Techology, Khulna, Bangladesh in 2014, respectively. He is pursuing M.Sc. (Engg.) in Information and Communication Technology from Bangladesh University of Engineering and Technology, Bangladesh.

During December, 2014-January, 2017, he worked as a system engineer in Grammenphone ltd., the leading telecommunications service provider in Bangladesh. Prajoy Podder authored/co-authored over 45 Journal articles, Conference Proceedings and Book Chapters published by IEEE, Elsevier, Springer, Wiley, Degruyter and others. His research interests include Wireless Sensor Networks, Digital Image Processing, Data Mining, Smart-Cities, Internet of Things, Machine Learning, Big Data, Digital Signal Processing, Wireless Communication, VLSI. He is also a member of Machine Intelligence Research Labs, USA. He is the reviewer of Data in Brief, Array, Informatics in Medicine Unlocked, Journal of Ambient Intelligence and Humanized Computing. He is a member of the editorial board of the journal of Ubiquitous Computing and Communication Technologies. He was in the advisory committee in the International Conference on Inventive Communication and Computational Technologies, 2019 (Springer and Scopus Indexed). He was also in the advisory committee in the International Conference on Communication, Computing and Electronics Systems (ICCCES 2019) (Springer and Scopus Indexed). He has acted as a reviewer in many IEEE conferences. He acted as a technical program committee member in IWMSME2017 and IWMSME2018 held in China.
