Short Biography
Pranab's research area is real-time systems with specialization in fuzzy uncertainty based task scheduling. Specifically, improvements to task schedule through modifications to algorithms, realistic timing parameter modelling and application of better optimization techniques. Pranab received his PhD in Computer Engineering from IT-BHU (now IIT-BHU) in 2005. Pranab has provided extensive academic service to various universities across the south asian region since 1999. During the academic career Pranab has contributed immensely in developing a number of engineering disciplines. Pranab is an active member of the IEEE Computer Society and IEEE Computational Intelligence Society. Pranab has held a number of prestigious fellowships for Doctoral and Post-Doctoral Study.
