Said El Kafhali is an associate professor at the Department of Mathematics and Computer Science, Faculty of Sciences and technologies, Hassan 1^st University, Settat, Morocco. He received the B.S. degree in Computer Sciences from Faculty of Sciences, Sidi Mohamed Ben Abdellah University, Fez, Morocco, in 2005, the M.S. degree in Mathematical and Computer Engineering from Faculty of Sciences and technologies, Hassan 1^st University, Settat, Morocco, in 2009, and the Ph.D. degree in Computer Science from the same institution in 2013. He joined Faculty of Sciences and technologies in January 2018. Prior to joining Faculty of Sciences and technologies, Prof. Said El Kafhali worked for four years at the Department of Computer and telecom engineering, National School of Applied Sciences, Hassan 1^st University, Khouribga, Morocco and is teaching graduate and undergraduate courses in the areas of cloud computing, computer and network security, computer networks, object-oriented design, object-oriented programming, and performance modeling and analysis. His current research interests Queuing Theory, Performance Modeling and Simulation, Cloud Computing, and Networks Security. He has over 20 publications in the areas of cloud computing, computer and network security, computer networks, operating systems, and performance modeling and analysis.
