Dr. Sitendra Tamrakar, is working in Dept. of Computer Science & Engineering, Faculty of Engg, CCET Bhilai.  Presently he is serving as HOD & Associate Professor.

 His areas of research are of Image Processing, Neural Network & Computer Networks.

4.  He has guided 18M.Tech. Guiding 06 Ph.Ds, and published more than 50 International and National Papers. He has chaired and Co-Chaired many International and National Conferences.

1.      Established RESOURCE Centre of IIT-Bombay’s Spoken Tutorial Program at CCET Bhilai and effectively handled RC coordinators role by conducted more than hundred Spoken Tutorial Workshops.

2.      Established Nodal Centre of IIT-Kharagpurs’s Virtual Lab Program CCET Bhilai and effectively handled role of Nodal coordinator by conducted several Virtual Lab Workshops.

3.      Organized One day IIT-Bombay Spoken Tutorial’s Faculty Development Program on “SciLab and Latex” at Christian College of Engineering & Technology, Bhilai.

4.      Organized Two weeks ISTE Workshop on “Cyber Security”, from IIT-Bombay at Remote center NIIST Bhopal, 10^th – 20^th July 2014.
