| Short Biography |
| Debanjan Konar did his Bachelor in Engineering (B.E) in Computer Science and Engineering discipline in the year 2010 from University Institute of Technology, University of Burdwan with 1st division. He completed M. Tech in Multimedia and Software System from the Department of Computer Science and Engineering, National Institute of Technical Teachers’ Training and Research (An institute with national importance, Govt. of India), Kolkata in 2012 and awarded University Silver Medal (West Bengal University of Technology) for his Masters. In addition, He has qualified GATE-2010 . Currently, he is pursuing PhD from the Department of Electrical Engineering, Indian Institute of Technology, Delhi since 01.01.2016. He is currently serving as Assistant Professor in the Department of Computer Science and Engineering , Sikkim Manipal Institute of Technology, Majitar, east Sikkim, Sikkim (Constituent college of Sikkim Manipal University), Sikkim since 06.08.2012. He has more than 16 research publications in international journals and conference proceedings to his credit and one book chapter. He was the convener of the recently held IEEE International Conference on Advanced Computational and Communication Paradigms (ICACCP-2017) organized by the Department of Computer Science and Engineering, Sikkim Manipal Institute of Technology during 08-10 September, 2017. He has been the member of the organizing and technical program committees of several national and international conferences. He has been serving as the member of Editor Board of American Journal of Neural Networks and Applications (AJNNA) published by Science Publishing Group, USA. He is the member of IEEE (Membership # 94028574) and Computer Society of India (Membership # 94028574) . He is recognized reviewer of the Journal of Applied Soft Computing, Elsevier since 2015.
