Dr. Akhilesh Kumar Sharma (CSI M’ 2006), received his UG(B. E.), PG (M.E.), and Ph. D. (Engg.) degrees in computer science and engineering from reputed universities of India. He is currently working as Associate Professor in Manipal University Jaipur and also worked as a Liaison officer as additional work in Sir Padampat Singhania University (JK Cement-Nimbahera Foundation), Udaipur, India. He is actively involved in research and consultancy in the field of Machine learning and Data mining and MIR(Music Information Retrieval). He is actively involved in CSI and many other research activities and has organized 2 International conferences in India. He has served in IPSA and other Institutes of National Importance. He received Best research proposal award for academic excellence in 2016 by ACM and CSI international event. He is reviewer member of many International Journals and has published more than 40 research papers in international journals/conferences and has written 02 books.He has paper published by Springer and indexed by DBLP, Germany,ACM, IEEE etc. His emphasis is on spreading research activities in India and abroad. He want to take the research at new levels. He is an enthusiast in initiating the research activities. He has membership of various professional bodies like ACM,CSI,MIR labs, MIREX, IUCEE,IAENG,CSTA, UACEE etc.
